This was not on the menu, but the good man on the tools at the Ironbark Inn, Barcaldine, was more than happy to whip it up for me... I nominate Colin for Queenslander of the Year.

					  went there from motel opposite at Landsbourgh Motel, was 1st few in there, open air, BUT great meals, beer cheaper then other places, opposite the caravan park (that has cabins)... read more meals were great, other people came in later and was 3/4 full, says a lot. Cook was used to crowds and knew his job well. Some what out from town centre, but thats fine for a good meal and a bed.
